MONTHLY HOA MEETINGS are held on the 2nd Thursday of every month at 6:00 PM in the Cape Colony Clubhouse, located at 320 Seaview Drive. All residents are encouraged to attend, engage with community discussions, and help shape the future of our neighborhood. Meet fellow neighbors, stay informed, and take an active role in the direction of our community.

Cape Colony residents who rent boat slips are encouraged to join the Cape Colony Boat Basin FaceBook group to stay updated on ongoing improvements and any future projects or requirements. The Boat Basin Committee is responsible for managing slip rentals, maintaining the basin and piers, and enforcing boat basin rules and regulations.
