MONTHLY HOA MEETINGS are held on the 2nd Thursday of every month at 6:00 PM at the Cape Colony Clubhouse, located at 320 Seaview Drive.
All residents, homeowners, and lot owners are encouraged to attend HOA meetings to stay informed on community updates, participate in neighborhood discussions, and have a voice in decisions shaping the future of Cape Colony. Meetings also provide a valuable opportunity to connect with neighbors, ask questions, and stay engaged in the community.
Cape Colony HOA dues are billed annually each January. The fee is $20 per lot. Lot owners are requested to include a phone number and email address with their payment information.
Lot ownership and homeownership are treated equally for HOA purposes. Owners of either a home or a vacant lot in Cape Colony retain membership rights, including access to common areas and participation in HOA meetings, regardless of whether they currently reside in the community.
