Aesthetics Committee
Help maintain the beauty of our neighborhood by monitoring homes and ensuring they follow community covenant guidelines.
Architectural Committee
Assist in reviewing and approving home improvements and new construction projects to ensure they align with community standards.
Beach Committee
Support the upkeep, improvements, and events at our community beach.
Lodge Committee
Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of the lodge building.
Neighborhood Watch Committee
Join a team dedicated to community safety by keeping an eye out for unusual activity and helping maintain a secure environment.
Boat Basin Committee
Reconstruction of the Boat Basin is currently in progress as part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the community’s waterfront facilities. This project is designed to improve safety, functionality, and long‑term durability for all residents who utilize the basin and surrounding amenities. Residents who wish to support the project are invited to participate in volunteer activities. Cape Colony Boat Owners are particularly encouraged to assist, given their familiarity with the basin and its operational needs.
Our committees are open to any resident who want to strengthen the community, meet neighbors, and help shape the future of Cape Colony–Chowan.
